A small time mobster with delusions of grandeur, Tommy Duré, played by Alvarez, is a child of the sinister city life in every possible way. He learned as much on the streets as he did in the shattered school system. His wit is nearly as quick as his gun. Smooth- talking and incredibly lucky, Tommy spends most of his time at the casinos, bars, and strip clubs. Although he is still a small fish in the muddy back alleys, he knows that one day he will be the biggest shark of them all. He feels the world owes him and he will be sure to collect, no matter what it takes.
